Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related policies of n1jl:

• "n1jl," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the n1jl online gaming platform accessible at n1jl.vip.
• "Platform" refers to the n1jl website, all associated web pages, mobile-responsive interfaces, game lobbies, account management systems, and any other digital service provided under the n1jl brand.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers for, or uses any part of the n1jl Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by an individual on the n1jl Platform, granting access to games, wallet functions, and promotional features.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform PHP-denominated balance held in a User's n1jl Account, funded through approved payment channels.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, bingo rooms, game shows, sports betting markets, and any other wagering products offered on the n1jl Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bets, cashback, reload bonus, or other incentive offered by n1jl to eligible Users, subject to applicable terms.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and facial verification required for account activation and withdrawal processing.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "PHP" refers to the Philippine Peso, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the n1jl Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the n1jl Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website without registration, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and n1jl. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the n1jl Platform and, if registered, contact support to close your account.

n1jl reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of the n1jl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. The minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as regulated by PAGCOR is 21 years.
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion, or any other gambling restriction imposed by a gaming regulator or n1jl itself.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of n1jl or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the n1jl Platform, including wagering games and wallet transactions, you must register for an Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active n1jl Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. n1jl employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method analysis to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, n1jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances pending a review.

4.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, your correct date of birth, your active Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, DITO, or Sun), and a valid email address. n1jl is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect registration data provided by the User.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your n1jl Account credentials, including your username/mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify n1jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. n1jl will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

KYC Verification

n1jl is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all registered users before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. The KYC verification process requires the submission of:

• A clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID. Acceptable documents include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License (LTO), UMID, SSS Card, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Voter's ID, or National ID (PhilSys).
• A recent selfie photograph of the Account holder holding the submitted ID, with both the face and ID document clearly visible.
• Where required for large transactions: proof of source of funds documentation.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission during business days. Until KYC is complete, withdrawal functionality may be limited. n1jl reserves the right to place an Account on hold pending KYC review where there is reasonable cause to do so.

All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with the n1jl Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection regulations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

n1jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine-regulated payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Foreign currency transactions are not accepted.

6.2 Deposit Rules

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by n1jl and displayed at the time of transaction. Deposit limits may also be adjusted by the User through the responsible gaming tools available in Account settings. n1jl does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own fees. Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed; Users are advised to verify payment details before confirming any transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) availability of sufficient verified funds in the User's Wallet. Withdrawal processing times for GCash and PayMaya are typically within five (5) minutes during n1jl operating hours (8:00 AM to 12:00 AM Manila Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during bank operating hours.

6.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

n1jl reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending review where: fraud is suspected; the Account is subject to an AML review; the KYC verification is incomplete; the withdrawal would violate applicable regulatory requirements; or n1jl has reasonable grounds to believe the terms of a promotion have been abused. In such cases, n1jl will notify the User of the delay and expected timeline where permissible.

Bonuses & Promotions

n1jl offers various promotional incentives to registered Users, subject to the following general rules. Specific promotions may carry additional terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded at n1jl are subject to wagering requirements — a specified number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before the bonus or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

n1jl reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close an Account, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploitation of technical errors or loopholes; coordinated wagering by groups designed to systematically extract promotional value; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and low-variance betting strategies applied specifically to circumvent wagering requirement restrictions.

7.3 Promotion Eligibility

Promotions are offered at n1jl's sole discretion. n1jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where doing so would be materially unfair to Users who have already accepted the promotion in good faith and partially satisfied the applicable terms.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games offered on the n1jl Platform are sourced exclusively from licensed, internationally certified game providers. Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in all non-live games are independently audited and certified. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studio facilities with physical equipment, supervised by trained dealers.

Published Return to Player (RTP) rates for all games are available from the respective providers. n1jl does not modify RTP rates or game mechanics from their certified configurations. In the event of a malfunction or technical fault during a game, the round may be declared void and all stakes returned to the User. n1jl's decision on game outcome disputes, after review of game logs, is final.

Sports betting markets offered at n1jl are based on official results from the relevant sporting bodies, including the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), NBA, UFC, international cricket governing bodies, and other recognized institutions. Where an event is abandoned, voided, or its result is subject to official amendment, n1jl will apply rules consistent with standard industry practice as disclosed at the time of wagering.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n1jl Platform. Any User found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently terminated, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering as a minor or providing false age or identity information during registration or KYC.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any Game or Platform feature.
• Cheating, colluding with other players, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or match manipulation in sports betting markets.
• Money laundering — using the n1jl Platform to process, transfer, or conceal proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive conduct directed at n1jl staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Any other conduct that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

Responsible Gaming

n1jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. n1jl provides the following tools to help Users manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable from Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and automatic session timeouts to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours to 6 weeks, applied immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term account exclusion for Users who wish to stop gambling. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications informing Users how long they have been playing and their net gaming outcome.

Intellectual Property

All content on the n1jl Platform — including but not limited to the n1jl brand name, logos, graphic design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text content, and software — is the intellectual property of n1jl or its licensed content providers, protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the n1jl Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not: reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or exploit any n1jl content without prior written consent; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software; or use n1jl's brand assets for any commercial purpose without authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, n1jl's total liability to any User in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Game shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that User's verified Wallet at the time the claim arises.

n1jl is not liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or gaming winnings due to technical failures beyond n1jl's reasonable control, including third-party payment provider outages, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events; (c) losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the User failed to take reasonable security precautions; (d) interruptions to Platform availability for scheduled or emergency maintenance.

The n1jl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While n1jl takes all reasonable steps to ensure Platform reliability, no warranty is made as to uninterrupted or error-free service.

Privacy & Data

n1jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the n1jl Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering for an n1jl Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by n1jl includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, gameplay history, device and browser data, and communication records. This data is used to operate the Platform, verify identity, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve n1jl services. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Full details of data processing, retention periods, and User rights are set out in the n1jl Privacy Policy.

Account Suspension & Termination

n1jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• A request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Detection of an active self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction applicable to the Account holder.
• Account inactivity in accordance with n1jl's dormant account policy.

Users who believe their Account has been incorrectly suspended may submit a formal complaint to n1jl through the live chat support channel or by emailing [email protected]. n1jl will review and respond to complaints within ten (10) business days.

Users may also close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting n1jl support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User's last used withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the n1jl Platform, or any Game shall first be submitted to n1jl's internal dispute resolution process. Users must submit a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the dispute. n1jl will investigate and provide a written response within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through n1jl's internal process, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or, if applicable, to formal legal proceedings in the competent courts of the Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

n1jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, n1jl will provide reasonable notice to registered Users through one or more of the following channels: a notification on the Platform upon next login, an email to the registered address, or an SMS to the registered mobile number.

The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the n1jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
