Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below:

• "n1jl," "we," "us," or "our" — the operator of the n1jl online gaming platform at n1jl.vip.
• "Personal Data" — any information that identifies or can identify a natural person, directly or indirectly, including name, date of birth, contact details, government ID numbers, financial account details, device identifiers, and IP addresses.

• "Data Processor" — a third party that processes personal data on behalf of n1jl pursuant to a written data processing agreement.
• "NPC" — the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, the regulatory body overseeing compliance with RA 10173.
• "DPA 2012" or "RA 10173" — the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Republic of the Philippines, including its implementing rules and regulations.

Data Controller Information

n1jl is the Data Controller responsible for the personal data of all registered users of the n1jl Platform. As Data Controller, n1jl determines why and how your personal data is collected and processed in connection with operating the platform and providing services to Filipino players.

n1jl has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with RA 10173 and this Privacy Policy. The DPO can be reached through the contact details provided in Section 16 of this Policy.

Personal Data We Collect

n1jl collects the following categories of personal data from users of the Platform:

n1jl does not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive personal information beyond what is required for KYC and regulatory compliance. Where sensitive personal information is necessarily processed (e.g., government ID numbers for identity verification), appropriate additional safeguards are applied.

4.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Payment service providers (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) confirming transaction status and account details for verification purposes.

All third-party data sharing with n1jl is conducted under appropriate data processing agreements and in compliance with RA 10173.

Purposes of Processing

n1jl processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account Management: Creating, maintaining, and administering your n1jl account, including authentication, password recovery, and account security.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Verifying your identity and age (21+) as required under applicable gaming regulations and anti-money laundering obligations.
• Payment Processing: Executing deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank; reconciling transaction records; detecting and preventing payment fraud.
• Gaming Services: Delivering casino games, sports betting, bingo, and all other products on the n1jl Platform; recording gaming history for dispute resolution and auditing purposes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Meeting obligations under Philippine gaming regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160 as amended), RA 10173, and PAGCOR requirements.
• Responsible Gaming: Monitoring gaming activity to identify potential problem gambling patterns; enforcing deposit limits, self-exclusion requests, and cool-off periods.
• Customer Support: Responding to your queries, complaints, and requests; maintaining communication records for quality assurance and dispute resolution.
• Platform Security: Detecting and preventing fraud, unauthorized account access, cheating, money laundering, and other prohibited activities.
• Service Improvement: Analyzing aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve Platform performance, game selection, and user experience.
• Marketing Communications: Sending promotional offers and updates to users who have opted in to receive such communications. You may opt out at any time.

Legal Basis for Processing

Under RA 10173, n1jl relies on the following legal bases for processing your personal data:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing necessary to perform the contract between you and n1jl (the Terms & Conditions you accepted at registration), including account management, payment processing, and delivery of gaming services.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required for n1jl to comply with applicable Philippine law, including KYC verification obligations, anti-money laundering reporting, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, and tax reporting obligations.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
• Consent: Processing for optional purposes such as marketing communications, where you have given specific, informed, and freely given consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior processing.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

n1jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and under appropriate data protection obligations:

7.1 Service Providers (Data Processors)

n1jl engages third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under written data processing agreements. These include: payment processors (GCash/Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), identity verification services, game software providers (for gameplay data necessary for certified RNG auditing), cloud infrastructure providers, fraud detection services, and customer support platform providers.

7.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

n1jl is required by Philippine law to disclose personal data to competent authorities in certain circumstances, including: reports to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required under RA 9160; responses to lawful orders from PAGCOR, the NPC, or Philippine courts; and cooperation with law enforcement investigations involving criminal activity on the Platform.

7.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of n1jl's business assets, personal data held about registered users may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections set out in this Policy. Users would be notified of any such transfer in advance.

Data Retention

n1jl retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. The following retention periods apply:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with NPC-recommended data disposal standards. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes, as it can no longer identify any individual.

Data Security

n1jl implements a comprehensive range of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and the n1jl Platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.2 or higher protocols.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data, including KYC documents and financial records, is encrypted at rest using AES-256 or equivalent standards.
• Access Controls: Access to personal data is restricted to n1jl personnel and authorized service providers on a strict need-to-know basis, enforced through role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication.
• Network Security: The n1jl Platform is protected by firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular vulnerability scanning and penetration testing.
• Incident Response: n1jl maintains a documented data breach response plan. In the event of a breach affecting your rights, we will notify you and the NPC within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.
• Staff Training: All n1jl personnel with access to personal data receive regular data privacy and security training.

n1jl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognize your browser, remember your preferences, and analyze how the Platform is used.

10.1 Types of Cookies Used

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in during your session. These cannot be disabled without breaking Platform functionality.
• Performance Cookies: Collect anonymized data about how visitors use the Platform — which pages are visited most, how long sessions last, and where errors occur. Used to improve Platform performance.
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences and settings (such as language and lobby view preferences) to personalize your experience.

Your Data Rights

Under RA 10173 and its implementing rules, all registered n1jl users who are Philippine residents have the following rights regarding their personal data:

Requests will be acknowledged within 3 business days and resolved within 15 business days, extendable by a further 15 days for complex requests with written notice.

Children's Privacy and the 21+ Rule

The n1jl Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines. n1jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.

Age verification is enforced through the mandatory KYC process, which requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, the account data securely handled in accordance with this Policy, and the matter reported where required by applicable regulations.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to take active steps to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms, including n1jl. If you believe a minor has created an n1jl account, please contact n1jl support immediately at [email protected].

Third-Party Links

The n1jl Platform may contain references to third-party services, including game providers and payment platforms. This Privacy Policy applies solely to the n1jl Platform and the personal data processed by n1jl as Data Controller.

When you interact with third-party services — such as initiating a GCash or PayMaya transaction — you are subject to that third party's own privacy policy and terms. n1jl is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or data handling of any third-party service. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of n1jl's service providers — particularly game software providers and cloud infrastructure partners — may process personal data on servers located outside the Philippines. Where such cross-border data transfers occur, n1jl ensures that:

• The recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection; or
• Appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or binding corporate rules approved under RA 10173 and NPC guidelines; or
• The transfer is strictly necessary for the performance of your contract with n1jl (e.g., participation in a game hosted on a certified provider's server).

n1jl maintains a record of all cross-border data transfer arrangements and makes this available to the NPC upon request. By using the n1jl Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in countries outside the Philippines where the applicable data protection laws may differ from those in the Philippines.

Amendments to This Policy

n1jl reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our processing activities, applicable law, NPC guidance, or operational practices. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect how we process your personal data or your rights — n1jl will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following: a Platform notification upon next login; an email to your registered address; or an SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number.

Continued use of the n1jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you must cease use of the Platform and contact n1jl support to close your account.
